This is one of the main characteristic of the real state – the existence of a system and people whose work is to accumulate throughout the state And I thank everyone – the entire staff of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine – who are really trying to do their job effectively,” Zelensky said.

Rescuers from the Kharkiv region deserve words of thanks from Zelensky: civil protection service sergeants Andrey Zayarny, Konstantin Moklyak, Alexey Zhirov, Dmitry Maksimov, Alexander Degtyarenko and Evgeniy Zolotko, chief master sergeants who Vladimir Ridny and Sergey Sidora, senior lieutenants Alexander Yavtusilov and Maxim , captains of civil protection services from the Kharkov region Andrey Lakhtin, Sergey Rashevsky and Sergey Snurnikov, Major Vadim Stadnik and Lieutenant Colonel Alexey Kolodyazhny.
The President personally thanked the soldiers of the State Emergency Service who distinguished themselves during firefighting and rescue operations after the Russian attack on Toretsk and Selidov.
