Representatives from five political parties in Slovakia are entering the European Parliament, local media report, citing their own sources.
In the elections to the European Parliament in Slovakia, according to preliminary unofficial data, the opposition party Progressive Slovakia is in the lead, and the pro-government SMER of the current Prime Minister Robert Fico is in second place. Progressive Slovakia reportedly received 27.8% of the vote, while Robert Fico’s SMER party received 24.8%.
