In the Downdetector service, which helps monitor the real-time status of hundreds of resources, in particular social networks, about 70% of people complained about problems connecting to Telegram servers , 27% complained about the operation of the application, and another 2% complained that they could not log into their account.
The failure was recorded in Ukraine, USA, Lithuania, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Romania, Uzbekistan, Germany, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Portugal, Cambodia, as well as in Russia and Belarus.
Around 23:00 the messenger began to resume work. The reason for the failure is still unknown.
