The Miller law firm writes that investigative actions were carried out against one of the lawyers of their company, Alexey Nosov. The company is shocked by this incident.
According to investigators, Nosov offered money to prosecutors and detectives for transferring his client’s case to another pre-trial investigation agency. We are talking about the case of taking over Ukrenergo’s electricity and legalizing UAH 716 million received from its sale.
The Miller company reported that it was breaking off any relationship with Alexey Nosov and would assist the investigation. The founder of the law firm, Massi Nayem, also responded to the incident.

Lawyer Nosov was also known as the defender of the former head of Naftogaz, Andrei Kobolev, suspected of illegally receiving a $10 million bonus.
