The mother of a 23-year-old man bit the hand of a police officer who wanted to check citizens’ documents.
A woman in Kherson attacked a policeman and bit him. The law enforcement officer, along with the employees of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, wanted to check her son’s documents. The press service of the regional police reported this on Facebook.
The incident took place on June 4 in the Ship district of Kherson. The police, together with representatives of the TCC and SP, took steps to document the administrative offences.
One of the men refused to provide any documents proving his identity and acted aggressively.

The offender turned out to be a 60-year-old local resident. Proceedings have been launched in the assault on a police officer.
“We note that the man is not subject to mobilization due to his age, but his mother will now bear criminal responsibility for attacking a police officer,” the police said.
