This was announced by White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.
The White House has planned that the presidents, in particular, will meet this week (June 6) in France, at events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy.
Biden and Zelensky will discuss the state of affairs in Ukraine and how we can continue and deepen our support for Ukraine,” the White House adviser said.
The presidents will also meet on the sidelines of the G7 summit, which will take place June 13-15 in Italy. The focus is expected to be on using Russia’s frozen assets to benefit Ukraine.
Let us remind you that Vice President Kamala Harris will represent the United States at the peace summit in Switzerland.
