The regional administration responded that the data is proprietary information with limited access.
Kharkov OVA refused to provide information about enterprises that did not fulfill their contractual obligations to the administration for the construction of defensive fortifications in the region, according to OVA’s response to Gvara Media’s request.
Journalists are interested in which contracting enterprises did not complete the work on the construction of fortifications in the Kharkov region and were replaced by others with a request to provide the names of such enterprises.
They also asked to provide a list of businesses or individual business contractors for work on the construction of the fortifications, what services or work were ordered and the amount of funds transferred to businesses or individual businessmen .
OVA responded that the data is proprietary information with limited access.
“It is suggested to note that the information about the events related to the planning, execution of organizational measures for the equipment (construction) of fortification structures in the field of territorial defense refers to the “List of information that constitutes official information”, which was approved by the order of the Kharkov Regional Military Administration dated December 5. 912, paragraph 13.23 and is information with limited access in accordance with Article 6 of the Law, “said the response to the request.
Let’s recall that on May 10, the Russian army launched a second offensive against the Kharkov region, crossing the Ukrainian border in two directions at once. Within a week, the invaders captured up to ten settlements in the direction of the village of Liptsy and the city of Volchansk. Therefore, many questions arose about the construction of fortifications in the Kharkov region.
