Olaf Scholz: Ukraine “will need a Marshall Plan” for its reconstruction

German head of government, chancellor Olaf ScholzHe said this Wednesday that Ukraine “Will need a Marshall Plan” for its renovation, which he estimates will cost billions of dollars.
