In the past 24 hours, 98 military clashes took place on the front, and by the morning of June 2, 29 enemy attacks had been recorded. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on June 2 at 10:00.
It was noted that the enemy launched seven missile attacks using 62 missiles, 43 air strikes using 48 UABs, and carried out more than four thousand attacks from various types of weapons, including 110 using multiple launch rocket systems, on positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.
During the day, the air force, missile forces and artillery hit 20 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated and three artillery systems.
In the direction of Kharkov Beginning of the day there was a battle in the area of Staritsa. The situation is under control, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are continuing measures to strengthen the front line of defense.
“According to updated data, over the past 24 hours, the enemy has lost 115 people in this direction, 34 of which are irretrievable. In addition, the Defense Forces destroyed a tank, an artillery system , two air defense systems, six UAVs, 14 vehicles and six units of special equipment, an ammunition depot was destroyed and eight shelters for personnel,” the military clarified.

In the direction of Pokrovsky The invaders are trying to advance in the areas of Novoaleksandrovka and Sokol. Two attacks have been repelled, three more are ongoing. The situation is tense. Defense forces are taking steps to stabilize the situation.
In the direction of Kurakhovsky Three attempts by the Russians to approach Konstantinovka were repulsed, and no loss of positions was allowed.
“According to the updated information, yesterday’s enemy activity led to significant losses, in particular: more than 200 attackers were killed and wounded, five tanks, five infantry fighting vehicles, one UAV, one vehicle and two depots of bullets destroyed the combat vehicles,” – said the General Staff.
Beginning of the day in the direction of Vremevsky the enemy made an unsuccessful attempt to attack the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Staromayorsky. Attempts by the Russian invaders to advance were also unsuccessful in the direction of Orekhovsky in the area of Malaya Tokmachka.
In the direction of the Dnieper The Russian invaders are not abandoning attempts to expel the Ukrainian units from the bridgehead in the Krynok area. Two attacks by the Russian invaders failed. Losing positions is not allowed. The situation is under control.
