The US presidential administration has authorized Ukraine to use American weapons for its protection and to attack Russian troops near the border if necessary. This is what US National Security Council spokesman Michael Carpenter said. In this regard, President Vladimir Zelensky said that he could not disclose details on this issue and wanted to see “what happens in practice.”
The German government also lifted restrictions related to the use of weapons transferred to Ukraine. Now Ukrainian defenders will be able to strike on Russian territory.
