Journalists compared satellite images from Planet Labs on May 30 and 31 and recorded damage to part of the oil terminal located on the territory of Kavkaz port.
“Satellite images show the consequences of missile attacks, according to the images, part of the oil terminal located in the territory of the port of Kavkaz near Kerch, in the occupied Crimea, can be inspected of comparing the images of May 31 with the images taken by the satellite during the day,” the message said.
The latest pictures, in addition to the damage to the oil depot, show that large ships have been removed from the port.
The Kavkaz port oil depot plays an important role in supplying fuel to Russia in the territories of Crimea it occupies, as well as some areas of Kherson, Zaporozhye and Donetsk regions.
