In Slavyansk, Donetsk region, on May 30, a war correspondent for Ukrainian foreign broadcasting FREEDOM, Anastasia Volkova, died. He is 31 years old. This was reported by the portal FREEDOM

It was noted that Anastasia worked in the hottest areas of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, was dedicated to her work and had no intention of moving to a safer place.

He grew up in Lugansk and dreamed of being the first Ukrainian journalist to make a report from the liberated city.

Anastasia has worked as a war correspondent for foreign state broadcasting channels of Ukraine since 2018. In June 2022, she was awarded the Order of Merit, III degree.

We remind you that in the village of Robotino, Zaporozhye region, journalist Andrei Topchiy died during a combat mission.

It was also reported that journalist Alla Pushkarchuk (Ruta) died at the front. He worked for the publications Nedelya and Chitom.

Journalist Dmitry Sinchenko (Perun) also died at the front. He was a fighter in the Ukrainian Volunteer Army (UDA).
