The target of the attack was military facilities and critical infrastructure, in particular, the city of Starokonstantinov in the Khmelnytsky region.
The Russian Army used:
- eight S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles in the Kharkov region;
- 11 X-101/X-555 cruise missiles from Tu-95 MS% strategic aviation aircraft;
- 32 “martyrs”.
Ukrainian air defense shot down:
- seven Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles;
- 32 “martyrs”.
Air targets were destroyed within the Khmelnitsky, Dnepropetrovsk, Cherkassy, Kirovograd, Zaporozhye, Odessa, Kherson, Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions, the air force reported.

According to Mayor Igor Terekhov, the gas pipeline was broken, and surrounding houses were also damaged – many windows were broken. At least four people were injured.
