Rikard Jozwiak, editor of Radio Liberty for European Affairs, announced this today, May 29, on his page on the social network X.
He noted that today representatives of 27 governments of the European Union countries are discussing the draft negotiating framework of the European Commission for Ukraine and Moldova.
Hungary is blocking Ukraine, but not Moldova, because of 11 bilateral issues on national minorities in Ukraine, Jozwiak said.
According to him, the EU plans to officially open accession negotiations with Ukraine and Moldova at the end of June, but unanimity is needed.
