This is stated in the official statement of the Ground Forces, released on May 28.
To register conscripts for military purposes, citizens of Ukraine are required to personally arrive at the relevant district (city) territorial center for recruitment and social support within the period specified in the agenda, and provide the necessary documents, the list of which is established by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Young men who, for certain reasons, have not registered for military service, are notified at the place of registration using summonses to arrive at the TCC and register for military service.
The Ground Forces emphasize that military registration has nothing to do with ongoing mobilization measures.
