TCC called 34 theater workers to update the data, some had already gone to the exercise. The theater needs to urgently work on a new repertoire.
In Chernigov, TCC called 34 employees of the Chernigov Regional Musical and Drama Theater to update the data, and some of them are already training. Therefore, the theater is closing for a while, because we have to work on a new repertoire. This was announced by the artistic director of the theater Andrei Bakirov, writes Suspilna Chernihiv.
“At the moment I am not ready to say how many men these are, two sound engineers, an editor, a violinist people, the exact order of a call to the military registration and enlistment office Some are already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” said Bakirov.
The manager said that almost all the men had been taken from the theater, making it urgent to think about changes in work.
“Our theater, it’s not clear for how long, will be closed. There’s almost nothing we can do. Just work on something new. Now everyone is in such a state of shock. They hired almost all the men. Those who have reservations for certain reasons remain, also a young actor who is 24 years old, who is studying, and retirees,” he added.
And in the Chernigov Youth Theater, due to the mobilization of three actors, it was necessary to cancel the presentation of two performances – Enchanted Desna and Brave Warrior Schweik.
Let’s remember that last year on August 19, the Russians launched a missile attack on a theater in Chernigov.
Then seven residents of Chernigov died, another 140 were injured.
