This was reported by the UP’s intelligence interlocutor.
The Ukrainian drone covered a distance of more than 1,800 kilometers to an enemy target, setting a new record for the range of destruction for kamikaze drones, the source added.
It was previously reported that a similar object was attacked by a Ukrainian drone on May 23 in Armavir, Krasnodar Territory.
“Voronezh M” is a long-range radar station that is part of the system for repelling a nuclear attack. According to Russian military doctrine, an attack on nuclear deterrent facilities could be a pretext for a nuclear strike.
The radar station in the Orenburg region controls the sector from the Taklamakan desert to the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, its inspection range is 6 thousand kilometers.
Since 2015, the station has operated in test mode to track ballistic targets, and was put into operation in 2017.
