Tornadoes struck parts of the United States over the weekend, damaging many communities and claiming at least 15 lives, Axios wrote.
The US Storm Prediction Center declared a “particularly hazardous situation” for parts of Tennessee, Illinois, Kentucky and Missouri.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott said at least a hundred people were injured as a result of the storms, and a state of disaster was declared in 106 counties in the state.
There were reports of five deaths in Arkansas, two in Oklahoma and one in Kentucky.
Almost half a million households were left without electricity.
The Storm Prediction Center warned of the risk of strong tornadoes with long paths, as well as giant hail, likely up to 13 cm in diameter.
Experts note that the reason for the increase in tornadoes is, in particular, climate change.
