The press service of the High Anti-Corruption Court reported this today, May 24.
For the ex-head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in the framework of a criminal case under Art. 368 of the Criminal Code, a deposit was made in the amount of 55,000,592 hryvnia, the message states.
It is noted that he is now entrusted with the following procedural responsibilities:
arrive when summoned to court, and if it is impossible to arrive when summoned on time, inform the court in advance;
- do not leave Kyiv without permission from the court;
- inform the court about a change in your place of residence;
- refrain from communicating with persons specified in the court order;
- deposit with the relevant government authorities all your passports of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, a service passport, and other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, except for a passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
- wear an electronic monitoring device.
The duration of the duties is until July 7, 2024.
The former head of the State Fiscal Service, by decision of the Supreme Court of Justice, has been in custody since October 31, 2022, the court notes.
According to the NABU Daily Telegram channel, Nasirov’s bail was paid by his wife; he has already been released from the pre-trial detention center.
