According to Deputy Minister of Defense Ekaterina Chernogorenko, the total cost of the application was UAH 3,413,448 including VAT, and the financing came from a charitable foundation.
The application will need to be developed, so it is possible that the cost will increase with increasing functionality,” Chernogorenko added.
Several teams worked on the application, including the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As of May 22, 805 thousand citizens have successfully updated their military registration data in the Reserve+ application.
New functions will appear in the “Reserve+” application: The data of those liable for military service is completely protected in the application. Subsequently, it is planned to add the function of electronic referrals to the military medical commission through the application.
Military service members who, when updating data through the Reserve+ application, learned about an erroneous wanted status, can contact the technical support service and correct this at the TCC and SP, Chernogorenko said.
The Ministry of Defense is currently developing functionality that will help correct errors online.
We understand that this is a human factor and the operator of the TCC and SP can also make mistakes, but thanks to the fact that a person sees the actual status, we can quickly correct these errors,” she said on the telethon.
