Prince William has admitted he broke a basic royal rule while performing official duties.
Prince William broke a royal rule by visiting a beach in Cornwall. This was reported by the Mirror.
During the visit, the Prince of Wales admitted that he really wanted to swim, but because he was performing official duties, he was forced to abandon the idea.
However, he made one boy happy when he secretly signed his cast. The nine-year-old fan stopped the eldest son of King Charles III and asked if he would sign the cast on his broken arm. William smiled kindly and agreed, but told the boy he shouldn’t do this.
“Don’t tell anyone. I shouldn’t do this,” he said.
It is believed that their signatures can be copied and then forged, which is why Princess Kate Middleton and King Charles III refuse this request from fans.
Last year at the Chelsea Flower Show, Kate said she wasn’t allowed to write her name on some of the drawings made by the students. Charles III also refused such requests, explaining: “I’m sorry, I’m not allowed to do that.”
Prince William then met with representatives of local organizations working to improve safety at sea and across the beach area ahead of the summer season.
