The bill provided for the addition of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses with a new article 210-2, which established administrative liability for:
- for violation of curfew by citizens;
- violation by a business entity of the special light mask regime established in the relevant territory or the operating regime during martial law.
It was also supposed to give the police the right to carry out administrative detention in relation to curfew violators.
