Sky defenders shot down almost all Russian Shaheds at night

    A massive drone attack on the night of May 21 was repelled by the Ukrainian military.

    The Russian army launched 29 attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type in three directions: Primorsko-Akhtarskoye and Kurskoye in Russia and Cape Chauda in occupied Crimea. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.

    Mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, as well as anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force and Ground Forces, fighter aircraft and electronic warfare units were involved in shooting down Russian drones.

    The Ukrainian military managed to shoot down 28 UAVs in seven regions – Odessa, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Cherkassy, ​​Kherson and Kirovograd.

    Let us remind you that on the night of May 20, the invaders attacked the Kharkov region with an Iskander-M ballistic missile, and also used 29 attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type. All 29 Shaheds were shot down in the Odessa, Nikolaev, Poltava and Lvov regions.
