Today, May 19, at about 11:00, Russian invaders launched a missile attack on a recreation center in the village of Cherkasskaya Lozovaya, Malodanilovskaya OTG in the Kharkov region.

Subsequently, after about 10 minutes, the Russians again fired a rocket at the same place, the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General reports.
The aggressor state once again used the tactics of a “repeat strike” in the Kharkiv region, aimed at the death of the civilian population, law enforcement officers, doctors and rescuers, the department notes.
According to preliminary data, the enemy attacked the settlement with two Iskander-M missiles from the territory of the Belgorod region of Russia. As a result:
- five people died, including a woman who was seven months pregnant;
- 16 people were injured, including a police officer and an ambulance paramedic who came to help people after the first strike. An eight-year-old girl was also among the wounded.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
