Journalists suggest that Russian aggressors are preparing for a new massive missile attack on Ukraine.
Russia has assembled a third of its strategic missile carriers at the Olenya airfield in the Murmansk region, which could signal preparations for a new massive missile attack on Ukraine. This was announced by the special publication Defense Express.
The concentration of missile carriers at the northern airport was confirmed by new satellite images for May 15. They showed the presence of 12 Tu-95MS strategic bombers, 13 Tu-22M3 strategic bombers, one Tu-160 and two An-12 military transport aircraft.
In total, Russia has 40 bombers of the same type, so the concentration of a third at one airport is an important fact.
The deployment of a third of the combat-ready fleet of Tu-95MS and Tu-22M3 at the Olenya airfield may indicate that the Russians are preparing for another massive strike. The An-12 transport aircraft recorded in satellite images may have delivered a batch of cruise missiles.
The media also suggest that the Russians are flying strategic aircraft to a remote airfield as they seek to keep their most important aircraft away from the potential of long-range kamikaze drones by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

We remind you that on the night of May 8, Russian troops attacked electricity production and transmission facilities in six regions of Ukraine.
Energy workers were forced to limit power supplies to industry and business from 18:00 to 23:00.
