According to the investigation, on Sunday at about 11:00 the Russian army hit a recreation center in the Malodanilovskaya settlement from the territory of the Belgorod region with an Iskander-M missile.
About ten minutes later the enemy attacked the same area again.
“Five people were killed, including four civilian men and a woman who was seven months pregnant sixteen people were injured, including a policeman and an ambulance paramedic who came to help people after the first strike received a minor injuries.” , – said the department.
A pre-trial investigation was launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, including premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
