The Kushchevsk military airport and the Slavyansky oil refinery in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation were attacked by SBU drones. It was reported on May 19 Suspilne with reference to sources in the intelligence services.
“That evening, the victory of boxer Alexander Usik was celebrated not only by the whole of Ukraine, but also by the Kushchevsk military airfield and the Slavyansky Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation,” the source stressed.
It was noted that the SBU worked at the Russian airport with the forces of unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and independently hit the oil refinery.
According to sources, at the time of the strike there were dozens of different aircraft at the airport: Su-34, Su-25, Su-27, MiG-29.
We remind you that this is the second attack by SBU drones on the Kushchevsk military airport and the Slavyansk oil refinery in the past three weeks.
Earlier it was reported that the Slavyansky oil refinery in the Kuban had suspended operations after an overnight attack by drones. According to local authorities, six drones fell on the territory of the refinery.
