On the night of May 19, the Russian army attacked the southern regions of Ukraine with kamikaze drones of the Shahed-131/136 type, the air defense operation lasted more than six hours. This was reported by the Southern Defense Forces.
It was noted that the Ukrainian defenders destroyed 20 UAVs in the sky in the Odessa region, three in the Kherson region and one in the Nikolaev region.
“As a result of falling debris in the Odessa region, an administrative building was damaged. In Odessa, debris fell into a courtyard in a residential area. There were no casualties.”
They added that in the morning the enemy launched an Orlan-10 reconnaissance drone in the Odessa region, which was also destroyed by air defense forces.
Let’s recall that on the night of May 19, Russian troops sent 37 attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type to the territory of Ukraine, all drones were destroyed.
