The next, 60th presidential election in the United States of America is scheduled for November 5, 2024.
Former US President Donald Trump wants incumbent President Joe Biden to undergo a drug test before their first debate. The Hill wrote this on Saturday, May 18.
“I’m going to demand that he take a drug test. I really don’t want him to show up to the State of the Union high,” Trump said at the Reagan Lincoln Dinner in Minnesota.
The publication recalled that Trump had previously said in a radio interview that Biden was “very excited” at the beginning of the speech and “too high.”
In 2020, Trump required Biden to take a drug test before their final presidential debate, but neither candidate ultimately took such a test.
In previous elections, Donald Trump also suggested that his then-competitor Hillary Clinton was “pumped up” on something before their debate, and suggested that she take a drug test.
It is known that former President Trump and incumbent Biden have agreed on two presidential debates: in June and September on CNN and ABC.
We previously wrote that Donald Trump, speaking to supporters in Ohio, said that if he does not win the presidential election in November, it will mean the likely end of American democracy.
