The city of Volchansk, Kharkov region, was almost destroyed as a result of enemy attacks, but it was never captured. This was stated by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council Andrey Kovalenko on his Telegram channel.
He said the Russians continued to level the remains of the city with guided bomb attacks.
“The city of Volchansk, unfortunately, was almost destroyed by the enemy, who mercilessly hit the UABs, however, the enemy did not fulfill the task of his command and did not capture this city,” added Kovalenko.
