The number of dead and wounded as a result of the bombing of Kharkov has increased.

As of the evening of May 17, three victims and 28 injured were known. Mayor Igor Terekhov announced this on Telegram.
Unfortunately, there are already more dead and wounded as a result of today’s attack on Kharkov. The Russians killed three and wounded 28, the report says.
Also today it became known about the death of a man as a result of Russian strikes on Volchansk. Another person was injured.
In addition, law enforcement officers began an investigation into the murder of a disabled person in Volchansk by the invaders. Law enforcement officers discovered a publication on social networks that aerial reconnaissance officers had discovered the body of a deceased man in a wheeled chair near a local hospital seized by Russian military personnel. Apparently, the man tried to get away from the medical facility, but the Russians shot him.
Prosecutors of the Kharkov Regional Prosecutor’s Office entered information into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations into violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder – Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us recall that on May 18, Russian aviation dropped two guided bombs on Kharkov, which hit the Kholodnogorsk region. Fires broke out at the explosion sites. Two men, whose identities are being determined by the police, were killed.
