The ruling regime of the Russian Federation by Rossotrudnichestvo increasing spending on programs for foreign “journalists, bloggers and youth.” The Center for National Resistance (CNS) announced this on Friday, May 17.
So-called foreign “journalists” are trained in Russia at the news agency Sputnik and the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda.
