Russia increased spending on foreign “journalists” – CNS

Future “media professionals” were trained at Sputnik and Komsomolskaya Pravda to later work as a “Kremlin mouthpiece” in their countries.

The ruling regime of the Russian Federation by Rossotrudnichestvo increasing spending on programs for foreign “journalists, bloggers and youth.” The Center for National Resistance (CNS) announced this on Friday, May 17.

Rossotrudnichestvo is a structure that ensures the functioning of the Russian agent network around the world. In the four months of 2024, it announced tenders for the “correct scope” of the war for 230 million rubles – more than in the whole of 2023.
Rossotrudnichestvo annually pays for trips to Russia, as well as to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, for thousands of young “representatives of social and political circles” from abroad.

So-called foreign “journalists” are trained in Russia at the news agency Sputnik and the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda.

“In the future, they will become centers of propaganda in their countries and conduct information campaigns against Ukraine and the entire civilized world,” the CNS summarized.
