Forensic experts discovered cerebral edema, internal craniocerebral trauma with bleeding under the brain membrane in the victim.
The woman died at the hospital, where she ended up after being beaten at a recreation center near White Lake. This was reported in the GUNP Rivne region.
“During the autopsy, forensic experts found cerebral edema, an internal craniocerebral injury with bleeding under the lining of the brain,” police said.
They also noticed that according to the results of the forensic medical examination, the issue of the final legal qualification of the event would be decided.
A 64-year-old resident of Varash city was admitted to a local hospital three days ago due to beatings in the territory of one of the recreation centers in the village of Rudka, Varash region. According to the victim, it was done by a 34-year-old resident of Varash. However, on June 22, around 7 a.m., doctors declared the patient dead. Statements of this fact are included in the ERDR under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the corpse was sent to the morgue to establish the initial cause of death.
As UNN reported, referring to the message of the victim’s son Oleksandra Gonchar on Facebook, her mother was beaten by the son of Rivne NPP director Evgeny Pavlyshyn. The incident happened over the weekend at a recreation center in White Lake, where a woman and her child were resting.
“While my husband was on the front line fighting for our peaceful sleep, his 64-year-old father-in-law and his daughter were brutally beaten while resting on White Lake. The cruelty, in this case, was not just a word, but the fact that my relatives are in the hospital in a serious condition and my mother does not know me, ”he wrote.
According to him, the incident happened because of the statements.
“The man makes his natural need under the door of the house where his mother visits, and he answers the old woman’s words with cruel force with the words:“ Don’t you know who I am !? the hero. “continued to slap her feet. But it wasn’t enough for her, and she applied her physical strength to her daughter, who wanted to stand up for her mother,” the woman said.
Gonchar also said he contacted police for a corresponding statement.
Rivne NPP director Pavel Pavlyshyn commented on the beating of women in White Lake on Facebook:
“There was an event that caused a pretty loud buzz both in our city and in the region. This event was connected to my family, my eldest son. On Saturday, there was an incident in White Lake. After this incident, one in the victims were hospitalized.Unfortunately “He died yesterday morning. First of all, I would like to express my condolences to relatives and friends. My child is an adult. He is 36 years old. He has his own family. Nothing and There can be no interference on my part in the investigation, in addition, my son will suffer according to the law of Ukraine, if his guilt is established, then the punishment to be taken. I also want to let you know that they are trying to use this event as harassment on me personally and on our team. I want to tell everyone – my position is that we should not mix professional things with personal things, ”Pavlyshyn said.
