Germany is developing a draft Marshall Plan for Ukraine, it will be discussed with G7 members. This was stated by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, according to AP News.
Billions of dollars will be needed to finance Ukraine’s reconstruction over many years, he said, and the forward plan will only work if European countries, other major donor countries and international organizations work together.
Scholz also said that together with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen he intends to convene a conference of experts on the restoration of Ukraine under the leadership of the German G7 Presidency.

He also urged to simplify the procedure for Ukraine’s accession to the EU.
