This was reported by the Astra news agency.
At night, May 12, a Russian aerial bomb fell on the village of Razumny, located 6 km from Belgorod. An unexploded ordnance was found in a parking lot on Vereskova Street.
According to local information, later, on May 13, at 6.00, another air bomb fell near the site of the first hit.
The Astra publication reports that over the past four days, in addition to those mentioned above, five more FAB-250 and FAB-500 aerial bombs fell on the territory of the Belgorod region. In total, since March of this year, the publication has counted 32 confirmed air bombs dropped on the region.
This number of incidents is explained by abnormal wear and tear on modified Russian aerial bombs, which are equipped with UMPC flight and correction modules. Their fall in this particular area is associated with a large number of tactical aircraft sorties, whose route runs through it.
Russian aerial bombs have fallen on the city of Belgorod more than once, but until recently this did not lead to significant destruction or casualties.
However, a day earlier, on May 12, under unknown circumstances, a powerful explosion was heard in Belgorod, which “made up” one of the entrances of a panel house. The video shows that the hit from the unknown ammunition occurred on the opposite side of the Russian-Ukrainian border, which excludes the involvement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. However, one of the explanations for the destruction of the entire entrance could be another abnormal rise of a Russian aerial bomb.
