Russian troops attacked a farm in Korotichi, Kharkov region, killing one person and injuring three others. This was announced by OBA head Oleg Sinegubov on Telegram on Monday, May 13.

Sinegubov also spoke about the meeting of the Regional Defense Council. “The first question is the situation at the front, including the direction of Volchansk… The second is the evacuation of the civilian population… The issue of mobilization remains relevant,” said the head of OVA.
At the meeting, a decision was made on the forced evacuation of orphans and children deprived of parental care. We are talking about 113 children from the border communities of Bogodukhovsky, Kupyansky and Izyumsky districts. Only nine children with their guardians from the Volchansk community left of their own free will.
