In Sumy on Sunday, May 12, an explosion was heard. An air raid alert has been declared in the region. Suspilne reported it.
At the same time, the Ukrainian Air Force warned that a Russian missile was flying over the Sumy region. Later, residents of the Poltava region were called to take shelter because of the threat.
The missile launch occurred during the activity of enemy tactical aircraft.
Local authorities have not yet named the cause of the explosion.
We remind you that on May 11, Russian troops attacked the suburb of Sumy, and a woman was killed as a result of the explosion.
On May 6, in the Sumy region, as a result of Russian shooting, one person died and four were injured, including two small children.
