For the collected amount – more than 4.17 million euros – 2,700 ammunition will be produced for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the Czech enterprise STV Group.
The Slovaks collected more than four million euros for Ukraine, which will now be spent on the production of shells in the Czech Republic. We are talking about 2,700 artillery pieces. This was reported by the Czech publication České noviny.
They should be delivered to Ukraine no later than the end of summer. So far, more than 4.17 million euros have been collected.
Project participant A gift to Putin Dodo Dobrik said they are consulting with the Czech Ministry of Defense regarding the purchase of ammunition.
The shells are planned to be made at the Czech enterprise STV Group.
Dobrik added that a memorandum on the purchase of ammunition as part of the Slovak collection will be signed in May.
Let’s remember that earlier the Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico criticized the Slovaks who alone collected money to help Ukraine and called their actions a “fart” that will not affect anything.
