Every citizen can appeal the decision of the military medical commission if he does not agree with the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission and this is carried out through the highest level Military Medical Commission. Director of the Department of Health of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Oksana Sukhorukova stated this during the telethon.
First, you can appeal the decision to the district VLK, and then to the regional, regional and central military medical commission. If after this the person does not agree with the conclusions, then he can go to court.
In fact, individual suitability assessment has been abolished. Now members of the VLK will not be able to make decisions at their own discretion, but will be guided only by clear norms. This will make corruption impossible,” the Ministry of Defense noted.
The day before, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that the validity period of the conclusion of the military commission, which determines suitability for service, is one year. After this period, you should come to the TCC again to update the data.
Let us remind you that on May 3, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine published a list of diseases that will determine suitability or unsuitability for military service. Persons liable for military service who have cured tuberculosis, who are asymptomatic carriers of HIV, or who have a closed head injury will be considered eligible.
