The Diehl Metal Applications metallurgical plant in the Lichterfelde district on the southwestern outskirts of the German capital Berlin caught fire on Friday, May 3. Part of the city was covered in toxic smoke. The Russian-language edition of BILD reports this on its Telegram channel.
“The fire engulfed all four floors of the building, some of them collapsed 130 firefighters were working on site, they were using protective suits,” the report said.
