President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky replaced the leadership of a number of regional departments of the SBU.

The relevant decrees were published today, May 1, on the president’s website.
In particular:
- By decree No. 258/2024, Zelensky dismissed Dmitry Nevedrov from the post of head of the SBU Department in the Nikolaev region. By Decree No. 259/2024, Nevedrov was appointed head of the SBU Department in the Dnipropetrovsk region;
- By decree No. 260/2024, the head of the SBU Department in the Kirovograd region, Sergei Kononenko, was dismissed. By Decree No. 261/2024 he was appointed head of the SBU Department in the Transcarpathian region;
- By decree No. 262/2024, the head of the SBU Department in the Poltava region, Ivan Rudnitsky, was dismissed from his position. By Decree No. 263/2024 he was appointed head of the SBU Department in the Volyn region;
- By decree No. 264/2024, the head of the SBU Department in the Volyn region, Nikolai Lysenenko, was dismissed from his position. By Decree No. 265/2024 he was appointed head of the SBU Department in the Nikolaev region.
