The order “On the establishment of additional temporary restrictions of a special regime within a five-kilometer zone from the state border of Ukraine in the zone of responsibility of the Seversk operational-tactical group” was signed by the head of the regional military administration Vladimir Artyukh and the commander of the Seversk operational-tactical group, Major General Dmitry Krasilnikov, – stated in the message.
In particular, the order introduces the following restrictions:
- it is prohibited to carry out work not related to the performance of tasks during the preparation and conduct of combat operations and protection of the state border, as well as in other cases determined by the Instruction on temporary restrictions within a five-kilometer zone from the state border of Ukraine in the area of responsibility of the operational-tactical group “Sumy” , approved by a joint order of the Sumy regional administration and the operational-tactical group “Sumy” dated August 11, 2023;
- the procedure for approving work on agricultural lands within a five-kilometer zone outside populated areas in the responsibility zone of OTU “Seversk” is approved;
- It is prohibited to sow tall agricultural crops, care for them and harvest them at a distance of 500 m around fortifications throughout the entire Sumy region. By agreement with authorized persons of military units, sowing and harvesting of low-growing crops is allowed outside individual elements of fortification structures.
