On the night of April 30 in the temporarily occupied Crimea, after a missile attack, a fire broke out at the military airport in Dzhankoy. According to the Astra Telegram channel, the Dzhankoy military airfield is the location of the helicopter regiment of the 4th Air Force and Air Defense Command of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation.
Local residents reported on social networks about explosions and fires at the airport. The attack is said to have injured five soldiers.

Pro-government Russian blogger Alexander Talipov said that eight or nine ATACMS missiles fired from the Kherson region were launched into Crimea, and that the missiles’ main target was Russian air defense systems.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that they shot down six ATACMS operational-tactical missiles in Crimea.
