The occupation army is conducting offensive operations in the Keramika region with the aim of advancing towards Arkhangelsk. Also, enemy units are trying to move forward to the west from the Ocheretino area in the direction of Sokol and southwest of Novoprokovskoye-Novoselovka Pervaya. Several war bloggers said so, the Institute for the Study of War said.
The ISW believes that the stabilization of the invaders’ advance north-west of Avdievka puts the enemy before a choice. Now the Kremlin command is choosing whether to continue to advance towards the event towards its stated operational goal in Pokrovsk. Or the Russians will try to move north to conduct possible additional offensive operations with Russian forces in the area of Vremenny Yar.
Let us recall that on April 28, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky reported that units of the Ukrainian army had retreated west of the settlements of Berdich, Semyonovka and Novomikhailovka in the Donetsk region. This was done to save the lives of personnel.
