She asks to initiate criminal proceedings against him under the article “interference in the activities of a judge,” Shabaev and “Schemes” reported on their Facebook pages.
Shabaev previously discovered that OASC judge Arina Litvinova has Russian citizenship, which she received while already working in the judicial system of Ukraine.
By making unconfirmed accusations and taking actions to discredit Judge Litvinova AB, the journalist creates a threat to the independence of the judicial branch of government,” Shabaev quotes the judge’s statement
Although the OASC has been liquidated, Judge Litvinova still receives a judicial salary from the state and is now applying for retraining (i.e., to continue her judicial career).
We are awaiting an answer from the prosecutor’s office on how they plan to respond to Judge Litvinova’s complaint – will they really initiate a criminal case at her request against the Schemes journalist who finds citizens of a hostile country among the Ukrainian authorities? – wrote “Schemes”.
