The citizen who was present in the video was already in one of the RTCC and SP of the city of Odessa, from where he disappeared while undergoing a medical examination. This citizen was discovered by military personnel of the RTCC and the police were called to detain him and take him to the RTCC for further passage of the VLK. However, the citizen began to insult the military and use physical force against TCC servicemen, the regional TCC reported.
As the Odessa Regional TCC reported, the video that appeared on the Internet captured only part of the conflict. According to their information, this man had previously been to the territorial recruitment center, but disappeared from there while undergoing a medical examination.
The TCC also said that the video published in telegram channels, “which is beneficial for Russian propaganda and does not demonstrate the behavior of a citizen,” and does not give the audience a complete picture of the causes of the conflict situation.
