The note expresses serious concern about mass cases of manifestations of negative attitudes towards citizens of Tajikistan on the territory of Russia, as well as violations of their rights and freedoms.
The document states that “such actions are applied exclusively to citizens of Tajikistan, which are incompatible with the spirit and traditions of Tajik-Russian relations.”
