Trains with fuel have been standing on Taman for a month now, since the Russians are not sure that the Crimean Bridge will withstand them after the damage received.

The head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Southern Defense Forces, Dmitry Pletenchuk, spoke about this on air at the national telethon, the Ukrinform agency reports.
The Crimean Bridge does not provide the required amount of military logistics. While cars, even military trucks, can still travel across it, full-fledged trains, for example with fuel, have been standing on Taman for a month now, because the Russians are not confident that the bridge will withstand this load after the damage received,” Pletenchuk emphasized.
He noted that regarding the Crimean Bridge, he noted that “we have a national position, which was voiced by the president, that the structure there is unnecessary.”
While this is all considered a joke by Russians, local brokers have long been complaining that sales have fallen; many commercial real estate properties are being put up for sale because people, assessing the risks, understand that this area for investment, to put it mildly, is risky, – Pletenchuk added.
