A resident of Kyiv called the police because of a terrible dream in which his friend was killed.

The press service of the Kyiv police reported this today, April 29.
In the Pechersky district we received notification of a murder. The inspectors immediately arrived at the place where the applicant was waiting for them, the message states. – The partners talked with the man and determined that the information about the murder was not confirmed. The citizen admitted that he had a terrible dream in which unknown people killed his friend. Therefore, without delay, he turned to the patrol officers for help.
So the inspectors issued a ruling against the violator under Art. 183 (Knowingly false call to special services) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences.
Law enforcement officers remind you that knowingly making a false call to a fire and rescue unit, police, emergency medical team or other emergency rescue units is subject to administrative liability in the form of a fine from 850 to 3.4 thousand UAH.
