The social network recalled that the governor of the Kaluga region, Vladislav Shapsha, announced the alleged “downing of three UAVs near an oil depot.” The Russian official said no casualties or injuries were reported.
The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed that the Russian air defense forces “shot down” and “intercepted” 17 drones during the night attack.
Earlier, the media reported that the Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works had been attacked. The oxygen station building there was destroyed.
